Overview:
Suspension type Polymeric Insulators are made of the highest quality materials. The core is made of fiberglass with Fiberglass Round Rod type ECR and the insulating material of housing and sheds of high consistency silicone rubber.
They are designed and manufactured to be installed as supports for overhead lines, suitable to withstand the stresses from the weight and strength of the conductors and the metallic accessories that hold the conductors, to withstand the action of the wind on them and on the elements they support. They withstand the thermal, dynamic and electrical stresses from possible short circuits, maximum operating voltage and over voltages.
