The Provincial High People’s Court and Yuhang District Court jointly carry out Co-construction Activities with Holley Technology Ltd.

On the afternoon of September 1^st 2021, Xu Huichun, member of the Party Group and Vice President of High People’s Court Of Zhejiang Province, led some cadres and employees of High People’s Court Of Zhejiang Province and Yuhang District Court to carry out Co construction activities with Holley Technology Ltd.

Accompanied by Hu Xiping, The General Administrative director of Holley Technology, Xu and his party visited Holley’s exhibition hall to get a full understanding of the development process and diversified industrial layout of Holley since the 1970s, and to also have a deep feeling of the brand connotation “SUCCESS COMES FROM RESPONSIBILITY, PASSION MAKES DREAMS COME TRUE”.

During the subsequent seminar, Mr. Cheng Weidong, President of Holley Technology, gave a brief introduction about the basic situation of Holley Technology, and Mr. Hu Shanmei, Manager of R&D Management Department of Holley Technology, highlighted the achievements and difficulties in the protection of intellectual property rights of the enterprise. Li Ruxing, member of the Party Group and Vice President of Yuhang District Court, introduced the work related to judicial protection of intellectual property rights and related cases. He pointed out that the judicial protection of intellectual property rights of enterprises in Yuhang District needed to be strengthened from the perspective of optimizing the business environment. Cheng Wenjuan, a full-time member of the Judicial Committee of Yuhang District Court and President of the People’s Court of Future Science and Technology City, exchanged and shared her experience by taking her own learning and working experience, stressing that intellectual property protection needed to keep up with the changes of time and respond to the ever-changing world with constant learning.

Wang Wenzhu, Secretary of the Party Group and President of Yuhang District Court stated that Yuhang District Court would fully provide legal services to enterprises and escort their high-quality development.

Xu Huichun, member of the party group and vice president of High People’s Court of Zhejiang Province, made an important speech, pointing out that the innovative spirit and development process of Holley Technology were worth learning from, and that the event was full of rewards. He believed that enterprises would constantly improve if they’d already fulfilled a great job in protecting intellectual property rights in the process of development.

During the meeting, the three parties, namely High People’s Court of Zhejiang Province, Yuhang District Court and Holley Technology, had an in-depth exchange and discussion on the protection of intellectual property rights, and the judges of the Provincial High Court and Yuhang District Court all put forward relevant suggestions and work guidance on the protection of intellectual property rights of the enterprise from the legal perspective.
