As one of the first batch “Intelligent Manufacturing Projects” approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China in 2015. Holley Qingshan Lake intelligent manufacturing base was built with a total investment of 500 million Yuan. In May 2018, it finished the acceptance inspection by the MIIT. Our factory is constructed with full automatic logistics system, moderate technological process automation and highly integrated information system.

“Green manufacturing, intelligent logistics system, technological process automation, information system integration” are the four characteristics of us.
After scanning the code, then entering the warehouse, the delivered materials from various supplies can be automatically distributed to the production line according to the demand. After SMT, plug-in, assembly, etc., they finally enter the finished product warehouse. This system is researched and developed by Holley.
All the storage system adopts automatic logistics technology. The required materials would be directly delivered to the assembly line after receiving the requirement order, including the finished product warehouse.
On the production line, operators need to complete the works: board split, plug-in, welding, testing, inspection, gluing and others total 8 processes. They only need to complete their own process work, other things are handed over to the robot.
The whole system is automatically. The materials are delivered directly without manual intervention can save 25% of the labor.

Holley Qingshan Lake Intelligent Manufacturing Base establishing and perfecting the product model, manufacturing model, management model, the quality model and digital model. It set up a unified data platform of the enterprise. Through the establishment of workshop level industrial communication network, it gets through the Industrial IoT path form the basement and realized smart electricity meter JIT material feeding, multi-specifications of products for the production system.
The intelligent process optimized each manufacturing steps. In the two main processes: from research and development to mass production, from order to delivery, product design digitalization reached 100%, business process processing time shortened by more than 10%. With the realization of one electricity meter finish per second output, digital information control to the whole process, the automation rate of the production reaches more than 70%, the product delivery period is greatly shortened, and the production efficiency reaches the international leading level.
