The 2021 Annual Supplier Conference of Holley Technology, which took place from the 21st to 25th of July 2021, was held in Lijiang, Yunnan. The theme of the conference was “Consensus, Joint Creation, Harmony and Share”.
The conference started with the theme of the conference presentation and supplier sharing respectively. Chairman of Holley Technology, Mr. Jin Meixing, President, Mr. Cheng Weidong, Director of Supply Chain Center, Mr. Shao Quanchang, Assistant to President, Mr. Chen Jie, Marketing Manager, Mr. Xiong Fang and representatives of more than 50 suppliers from all over China were all in attendance.
On 21st of July, being the first day of the conference, Holley Technology’s 2021 Annual Supplier Conference was officially opened. On behalf of Holley Technology, President Cheng Weidong gave the opening speech by expressing his heartfelt gratitude to the suppliers for their long-term support and assistance in the development of Holley Technology.
Afterward, President Cheng in his report, introduced to the suppliers about the planning of Holley Technology’s new factories such as the intelligent manufacturing Chongqing base and the second phase of Qingshan Lake, as well as the future operation plan. In his presentation, he stated that “Holley Technology forms its development goals around the optimization of the supply chain system and strengthens the diversified layout of overseas markets. Holley Technology cannot improve its product quality requirements without the strong support of its partners. In the future, in the face of limited resources and market challenges, it is more necessary to strengthen the depth of cooperation with our supplier partners, expand the value of both sides, achieve mutual success and realize a win-win cooperation situation”.
On the second day of the Conference, Mr. Shao Quanchang, Director of Holley Technology Supply Chain Center, commenced the day with his report where he said that “In the face of the market changes in multiple environments such as the great changes in the international environment, the normalization of the epidemic, the current situation of the semiconductor industry and the fluctuation of commodity prices, Holley Technology will continue to meet customers’ demand for high quality products, continuously optimize and improve the comprehensive management level from information sharing, emergency response mechanism, expansion optimization and management innovation, etc. We will continue to build a customer-focused, efficient and agile flexible supply chain system with buffering, adaptation and innovation capabilities”.
On the same day, the conference was further revamped with the sharing session where four supplier representatives were invited to speak namely; Jiang Zhongjie: Sales Director of Hi-Trend Technology Co., Ltd., Xiao Za: General Manager of MPS China, Ding Huiyang: Chairman of Jiangxi Zhongxinhua Electronics Co., Ltd. and Pang Zhenjiang, General Manager Assistant of Beijing Smartchip Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. Under such robust cooperation and having been working together, they have able to achieve innovative changes and self-breakthroughs, and have been working together with Holley Technology for many years to grow and meet the challenges together. While landing Holley Technology’s quality concept, they have also enhanced the industry influence and achieved value creation through market recognition and transformation. In the future cooperation, we will give the greatest support to Holley Technology, and together with Holley Technology, we will ride on the momentum and set sail again.
On the way of bringing the meeting to a close, Mr. Jin Meixing, Chairman of Holley Technology, made a concluding speech for the meeting. Mr. Jin expressed his joy and gratitude to the representatives of suppliers from all over the world. Mr. Jin firstly affirmed that “in 2020, Holley Technology has created a historical high in the face of changes due to the epidemic, changes in the relationship between the West and China, and market fluctuations in the price of raw materials”. He further stated that “Holley Technology has fully laid out a future for the overseas market, firmly grasped the development opportunities of the future market, and continued to build up Holley Technology’s core advantages, from equipment, talents, culture, public resources and other aspects of upgrading. Of course, the support and dedication of all suppliers are indispensable behind this”. For a long time, he emphasized, “that Holley Technology has established a good cooperation relationship with its suppliers, forming a close cooperation relationship of mutual dependence. In the future, Holley Technology will take practical actions to thank the suppliers for their full support at critical moments, and seek common development with them for a brighter future together”.
In concluding with his remark, he said that “the success of this conference is not only an exchange platform for suppliers to learn and share their experiences, but also an innovative platform to promote the integration and development of Holley Technology and its suppliers. We expect that in the future, Holley Technology and its suppliers will always maintain their passion, work together, make new heights and embrace a winning future together”.
