Joint Venture "ELEKTRON XISOBLAGICH" LTD was jointly established in Tashkent in 2004 by the Uzbekistan State Electric Power Installation, Commissioning Company Tashkent Power Grid Public Co., Ltd. and Holley Technology Ltd. of China. It is the largest smart electric energy meter enterprise in Uzbekistan. The company has an annual production capacity of 1.5 million single-phase and three-phase meters. As of 2020, the company has sold more than 5 million meters, covering the entire Uzbekistan market, with an absolute market share and a good reputation.
