From September 4 to 11, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China announced the list of "2025 Excellent Intelligent Factory Project Candidates," and Huali Technology's digital collaborative intelligent factory for electric energy meters was successfully selected and passed the announcement. It has established research platforms such as the National Enterprise Technology Center, a CNAS accredited laboratory, and a post-doctoral workstation in Zhejiang Province. The company has received honors such as being one of the first batch of pilot demonstration enterprises for intelligent manufacturing and the first batch of "Double Innovation" platform enterprises in the manufacturing sector by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as well as being recognized as a China Export Quality Safety Demonstration Enterprise, with its intelligent manufacturing level leading the industry globally. The digital collaborative intelligent factory for electric energy meters focuses on flexibility, efficiency, intelligence, and sustainability, relying on BIM and digital twin technology to achieve comprehensive digital design and simulation across the park, factory, and production processes, ensuring the flexibility of the production system. The information system adopts a distributed network and hybrid cloud architecture to build an efficient, stable, and secure digital infrastructure. The construction includes a hybrid cloud platform; a four-network isolation system comprising office network, production network, equipment network, and R&D network; and an AI data computing center as the enterprise's digital infrastructure. New technologies such as 5G and SDW have been integrated to connect equipment and management data, achieving OT/IT integration. The computing center supports AI and big data processing, has load balancing, elastic computing capabilities, and high availability; it synchronously deploys security software and protective equipment, building a rigorous and efficient information security management system. Additionally, Huali Technology maintains an industry-leading level in areas such as R&D management, production operations, production management, and lean management. 

In recent years, Huali Technology has also placed a high emphasis on the development and application of artificial intelligence technology, successfully applying it in 11 scenarios including research and design, product online testing, production scheduling, and corporate knowledge management, achieving a 61% application ratio of AI technology scenarios, and has smoothly passed the level 3 assessment of intelligent manufacturing capability maturity by the China Electronics Standardization Institute, greatly enhancing the company's comprehensive capabilities.
