Holley Technology Ltd. is the leading enterprise in Chinese measurement meter companies. Since Holley established, It had developed about 50 years. Today, Holley signs and agrees to settle a company in North American Hofusan Industrial Park. This cooperation will provide strong guarantee to Holley in research, manufacturing, sales and service, especially in the North America, Latin America area. This is an important project of Zhejiang Province Government.
Hofusan Industrial Park is invested and developed by Hofusan Real Estate Co., Ltd., a joint-venture of Holley Group, Futong Group and Santos Family, where Holley Group holds 51% share. It is located 20 kilometers north to Monterrey, the capital of the state of Nuevo León, and 200 kilometers south to Laredo U.S.A. The construction area is 8.47 km2 and will accommodate 150 to 200 companies.
As a core subsidiary of Holley Group, Holley Technology Ltd. is actively preparing for this good opportunity to open the American energy meter market.
For this new subsidiary company in Mexico, we plan to build a manufacturing enterprise mainly producing and selling electricity energy meter. Also promoting and selling related power distribution network products like cables, Insulator and other power fitting. With the advantages of localized production, we can reduce the cost, increase the sales revenue, get the market information more quickly, and be flexible in response to market changes.
In the future, we believe that its good position can help us to gain more opportunities in north America and south America.
